(Español) Hermosa casa en Azáleas Residencial, Zapopan Jalisco, Área Metropolitana de Guadalajara

I’m working on the English version, as soon as it will be ready, I will post it in here. Thank you for your comprehension. The pictures are already posted.

Habiendo ellos decidido comprar su terreno en ese “Coto”, tuve la oportunidad de asesorarlos en cuanto a la selección del “Lote”… La propuesta era sencilla: Una orientación adecuada y la mayor superficie posible, considerando su situación económica (un solo lote, pues podrían haber sido dos contiguos). El terreno no podría ampliarse después… los “adornos” sí podrían añadirse posteriormente, como fue el caso de los recubrimientos de cantera.

Así se hizo, y el resultado fue muy satisfactorio: Los clientes han vivido felices y cómodamente, muchos años, orgullosos de su casa y ahora que tuvieron que mudarse de ciudad, aún así, quieren conservarla, y están rentándola.

A la vez, que fortuitamente, yo recibí un comentario muy halagador: estando tomándole unas fotos, ya casi terminada, me pregunta un amigo que me encontré en la calle: ¿tomando ideas?, casi de broma me insinúa que si iba a “fusilarme esas ideas”… nos conocíamos, pues era mi proveedor, pero a él nunca le había tocado venir a esa obra… Así que, ahora yo le pregunto: ¿Te gusta? y me dice: Sí, muy bonita… y entonces yo le aclaro: Pues es proyecto y construcción mía, yo la hice… Y tú me vendiste parte del material para los pisos… Me comenta: ¡Ah, vaya, es que nunca me tocó conocerla…!

La “Escalera Volada”, que encontró otro amigo buscando en Internet, pues así había titulado yo una de las fotos publicadas en mi Antiguo Blog, el que me destruyeron los hackers, me valió que me buscara, para hacerle un proyecto para una remodelación de su hotel en Tlaquepaque y finalmente otro proyecto para su nuevo Hotel en la Rivera de Chapala. Él me conocía, como “Colega Guía de Turistas”, ambos somos Guías, véase el capítulo “Para conocerme” y de hecho en el grupo de guías, me conocen como “El Arqui”… Pero nunca había visto mis obras, así que cuando vió esa foto inmediatamente se puso en contacto conmigo. Ver aquí mismo: “Hotel Casa Armonía”, en San Juan Cosalá, municipio de Jocotepec, en la Ribera del Lago de Chapala.

Bueno, espero que a Ustedes también les guste.

Friends from CFM Colegio Franco Mexicano, Directors of French Lyceums, visit Chapala, Ajijic, San Juan Cosalá, and Monte Coxala

 

“It’s because of old friends, that I became a Tourist Guide, now, it’s because I am a Tour Guide that we make new friends! As well as those that didn’t know each other become also friends between themselves!” JCF.

Dear Friends:

Usually I like to write a description of the “Post” and even, as far as possible, some notes for each one of the pictures on it.

Nevertheless, in the last months I have been quite busy. Besides, as I mentioned in the presentation, the Original Blog was attacked by hackers, who destroyed years of work, so here we are in the reconstruction.

As many of the friends had asked me to share the photos, I have decided to “Open” the “Posts”, even if they are not finished yet. They are missing many details, but at least we can see the pictures.

In some cases, it is missing to crop some, edit others, etc.

“Rome was not made in one day”.

So, I have decided to share them just as they are, from now on…

At least all of us can enjoy a nice souvenir…

We are dealing with a “Post under Construction”, where the “Construction” risk to take 75 years, as that of our nice “Expiatory” Church, or the “CHEPE” Train… Too bad.

Jorge:

I will never forget you and the time we spent together. You are one of the most wonderful people I have met during my foreign travels and I truly grateful for that opportunity. I thought I knew something about the culture of Mexican from classes in high school but you showed me just how little I actually knew. Since our meeting, that has greatly changed me and my attitudes towards your country.

I am not all that healthy and American’s downright stupidity in not taking necessary actions to respond to COVID-19 is evidence that my country is in big trouble. I live in New Jersey and that is the second worse infected state in my country. The resort island I live on is shut down and the beaches and marinas are closed. Streets and summers homes are empty and we are just plain scared at how high a rate the virus is spreading. The governor of New York state appears to have a handle on taking action but our president and his party members are more concerned about our stock market crashing than the death of our country’s citizens.

I apologize for not responding with “just few words” but it is getting real where I live. Your photographs are beautiful and I have been looking for the beauty of nature where I live. However, we are not suppose to leave our homes. I hope we may be able to remain friends and if I survive this, I would love to see you again one day.

My sincere best wishes to you, your family and all of your friends as well as admiradoras and admiradores. (I am an admirador!)

Two beautiful sisters, from Melbourne Victoria, Australia, come again to Mexico, because they admire its treasures, but above all the kindness and smile of its people. And this time, they come to Guadalajara, Tequila, Tlaquepaque and Tonalá, for their handicrafts.

From Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico, our friends from the Travel Agency “Sullivan Turismo”, come to inspect the “Tequila Route”: The Volcano. The Agave Landscape: World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Distilleries. The Tastings and Degustations. And, of course: “The Magic Town of Tequila”.
